In general, health-care personnel have an obligation to respect the autonomy and dignity of the individual and to maintain confidentiality.
You are the administrator of a hospital run by a relief agency involved in health care.
There has been intense fighting nearby for ten days.
The hospital mortuary, which is being stretched beyond its capacity, can no longer hold unclaimed and unidentified bodies.
